Cross-Border Roadmap
One financial plan for your company, income and move
For when your company, income, residency and property are all in play at once. You receive one plan, with clear choices, priorities and who is responsible for each.
From €2,500
The fee depends on scope and complexity.
When several big things move at once, the order matters almost as much as the decisions themselves. The Roadmap settles what you want, what you have chosen and in what order, so every adviser works from the same plan.
What happens during a Roadmap
-
1. Intake
In an intake conversation we go through your situation, your figures and what you want to achieve, and by when.
-
2. Options and specialist questions
I work out the realistic alternatives and what each depends on, brief your specialists in both countries, and check that their answers fit together. Their fees are separate.
-
3. The roadmap
You receive the plan: what happens, in what order, by when and who is responsible, with the income scenarios and the timing of your move.
-
4. Review
In 2 or 3 review sessions we go through the plan and adjust it where answers or circumstances change. The Roadmap ends there; ongoing support is what the Advisory Retainer is for.
Included
- Working through your goals and the realistic alternatives
- Income scenarios: how you could take money out of your company (salary, dividends or a mix), compared side by side using the tax treatment your tax adviser confirms
- The timing of the move: what to settle before you become tax resident here, and what can wait
- Briefing specialists back home and in Portugal, and checking that their answers fit together
- A prioritised plan with dependencies, owners and next steps
- A long-term view of your finances: the income you need, what your assets can realistically provide after tax, and when you can step back
- An intake conversation and 2 or 3 review sessions
Not included
- Specialists' fees
- Tax, legal or regulated financial advice

What a roadmap looks like
A shortened example, for the same illustrative founder as the decision map on the Decision Review page: what happens next, in what order, by when, and who is responsible.
