When you send the form, the site turns your message into one email to gc@vesting.pt and stores nothing itself. The email contains what you filled in: your name, email address, message and, if you chose them, the times that suit you for a call.

The site and its email run on Cloudflare, and email to gc@vesting.pt is delivered to a Google (Gmail) mailbox. Both act only as service providers and may process data outside the EU under the safeguards the GDPR requires. There is no form service, CRM or mailing list in between.

To answer your enquiry and, if you ask for it, to prepare an engagement (the steps before a contract), and for the engagement itself once we work together.

If you contact me on WhatsApp or by email directly, the same applies: I use what you send only to reply and, if we work together, for the engagement.

I treat what you send me discreetly. I do not pass it on to other advisers or specialists without discussing it with you first. Beyond the service providers named above, I only share information where the law requires it.

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted after 12 months. If we work together, I keep correspondence for as long as the engagement requires and the law obliges.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing gc@vesting.pt. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the CNPD.
